Jewish-Russian Mafia: attn: Spider-Pig

As you all know, the Italian-American mafia has a rule that you have to be 100% Italian to be a "made guy".

The "Russian mafia" in the US seems to be all Jewish. Do they have any rules regarding Jewish ethnicity for membership?
