To set the groundwork, the ninth amendment states:

"The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people".

Roe was decided in the basis of the right to privacy, so trying to attach it to the ninth amendment post facto is more than a bit of a stretch. I'd be curious about any other rights found to exist solely on account of the ninth's catch-all language - are you aware of any?
