No, not a heart stopped deliberately. Hearts which have stopped due to natural causes can be revived in some circumstances. It’s what CPR does and why the term “clinically dead” exists. But to your point about deliberately stopping the heart to save the life, how is it saving a life if you’re purposely stopping the very vessel of human life? That’s because the heart is not the vessel of human life, human individuality or human identity.

Also, if Siamese twins share a heart, are they one person? Clearly not.
