No, prohibiting abortion is a civil act, though no doubt often informed by religious beliefs. This is no different from the way that prohibiting commerce on Sunday under Blue Laws is a civil act, though clearly driven by a religious belief regarding what is appropriate behavior on the Sabbath.

I get it - you don't like religion or religiously-motivated laws. That, though, is not what this Supreme Court case should be about. The sole question the Court should be addressing is if there is a "right" to abortion in the Constitution - and the answer seems to be a pretty clear "no". Following that determination, you and anyone else is free to try to convince the various legislative bodies to pass laws regarding abortion that are as strict or permissive as you believe appropriate, based on whatever methods or beliefs you hold to be correct. You are also free to mock those whose beliefs you disagree with as part of the process - though to be honest, I'm not sure if that's the best way to convince people that your views are correct...
