I agree, they are much more customer friendly in regards to the needs of the community, which has been consistant by this company.

Im telling you.. AS someone mention in the past post, what if NICE becomes successful in the next 5 years in mainting the ballance of their budget and still operate a decent bus system, could that be threat to the end of MTA in NYC....
