Suffolk has ownership of their routes which they won in a lengthy lawsuit that was started in the late '90's. (thats how they were able to cut operators because Suffolk had to agree to competitive bidding with the last contract in order for them to get the claim that they own the routes)I think Nassau owns their bus routes. |
