Of course others already knew about this. Many people are far more connected than you are. That should have been a clue to you as to why it hadn't been posted to this site yet. If you come across juicy information that hasn't been posted to this site yet, then there's probably a really good reason why - because it's not supposed to be posted. So take the hint and DON'T.

And if the person who told you this information really didn't clue you in to that fact that it was not public information yet and was to remain as such, then he or she is just as guilty as you.
