I will answer this for you.

Certain people are given certain non-public information in advance with the understanding that such information shall remain private until such time that it is allowed to be revealed publicly. But when people like Train Man Paul : Look at me!!! Metro-North's Best Conductor FOR ALL 3 LINES!!! go ahead and reveal such obviously non-public information for everyone to see, that just means that we are less likely to receive such information in the future.
