Everything else should waitIt's a line that duplicates existing service. My priority is to extend service to where none exists (more than 1/2 mile from an existing station). Thats where any $$$ availability should get priority.Its been a long time comming. Everything else should wait It's a project that will benefit the well served while diverting $$$ from projects that would benefit the under served. That's its principal purpose. Just because a bad idea got traction in 1929, doesn't mean one should see it through to completion. |
