Since the Lex Ave Subway is already crowded to the max, where are they going to put all those extra commuters? But were stuck with it so somehow it has to be made to work out. "Second Ave extension to 96th are too far along to stop." Stopping construction should not be an option., That line should be completed, in its full length. Thats where any $$$ availability should get priority.Its been a long time comming. Everything else should wait |
