The casino is scheduled to be open from 8 AM to 4 AM, every day. When the additional floors, theater, and restaurants are completed, there will be passenger traffic going to and from Aqueduct all the time (which never existed in such numbers, or at such hours, before), plus the existing JFK traffic. I think eventually, NYCT will elect to add some short (A) runs that turn at Howard Beach, or eliminate the (S) Rock Park shuttle, and run alternate Rockaway (A) service there instead. I think the increased ridership to Aqueduct/JFK, plus the ongoing, new development of the Rockaways, will support such an increase in service.
