For a while in the 80's that is exactly what did happen, the C ran to Rockaway Park. As for the headways, they don't need to make EVERY C train go all the way to Rockaway Park if they began to do that. They could still terminate some of them at Euclid, or even Howard Beach or Broad Channel. |
