The Park51 people OTOH are Sufis. Bosnian, Bulgarian and Albanian Muslims and many Turks for example are from a Sufi-inspired brand of Islam that is very tolerant. The Wahhabists are strong in garbage cultures like Saudi Arabia, Yemen and the Gulf States. Al-Qaedists are Wahhabi. They are also very influential on the Taliban. |
