The families have asked that it be done. Carl Paladino has called for it too via eminent domain use - and it's currently a toss-up going into Tuesday's primary. (Lazio's support is downstate, and Paladino's support is upstate.)Paladino had been down 12 two weeks ago, and is now down only 1 with 15 percent undecided. In other words, the possibility of this coming to happen is not exactly outlandish anymore, even though Cuomo - who supports the mosque and would not stop it - leads both Paladino and Lazio by a mile. |
