I would also assume that since trespassing has been made a crime that anyone suspected of being illegal can be held until they either prove their innocence, post bail, or have an arraignment.The more I think about it, the trespassing part of the law really bothers me. I have no problem with the rest of it. I think that the many problems with the trespassing provision will get this law invalidated. |

I never understood when NY'ers complain about profiling in minority neighborhoods. In south LA nearly everyone is a minority. I don't see how the police can profile minorities when everyone is a minority. I can see profiling in Torrance or one of the beach cities, but I don't see how there can be profiling in inner cities (as inner city is obviously code for black). |
