Since being on government or private property has been declared to be a misdemeanor (trespassing), it makes being in Arizona illegally a crime. Many PD's already investigated the immigration status of people involved in a crime, but now being illegal is in itself a crime. This is why people are hysterically claiming that profiling will be used. |
