" I can only assume that the people that think that police would make unreasonable stops when the law says reasonable are operating under the same assumption."The REAL issue.....is how the hell does the POLICE decide WHO gets picked for these "stops." do we all assume they are now just targeting ALL Hispanics within AZ? Do they stop all legal Hispanics on the street? What about Hispanics that have been living in AZ for generations...what then? |
