You further display your ignorance.

January 1 is not the New Year for the Jews and never has been.

The name of the month "January" comes from a god called Janus (eek, a god, how pesky); therefore it is Roman in origin and anything but secular (Janus' two heads symbolized looking forward to the new year and back at the old year on the first day of the month named after him). Setting the New Year at a date following the winter solstice also goes back to ancient Babylon and Assyria.

Further, the Catholic Church regards it as the beginning of their new year, heaping even more religious connotations upon it. Are you suddenly Catholic?

Christmas is not manufactured. It was co-opted (stolen), an existing pagan holiday which was arbitrarily stamped with a Christian label with the expressed purpose of forcing the new faith on the Roman masses while eradicating the old pagan beliefs.

I can think of no holiday manufactured from absolutley nothing as Kwanzaa was/is.

That was done because it was proving very difficult to stop popular pagan celebrations even after Constantine outlawed all "cults" except Christianity. Christianity's success in Europe can be traced to a conscience attempt to introduce the new faith by slapping Christian meaning to existing rituals. All the evidence you need to see of that in practice is this Celtic Cross from Ireland:

It's just a cross slapped onto an ancient Celtic symbol for the afterlife!

Depends on how you interpret that. Maybe those polytheists stole the name for the One God.

Unlikely. It's far more likely that some early Jew succeeded where Akhenaten failed in Egypt:

1) The Old Testament has multiple names of God, which are cognate to the names of multiple polytheistic deities.
2) Certain acts of various polytheistic deities (e.g. Hadad fighting Leviathan) get reattributed to Yahweh or El (who would be Enlil in polytheism) in the OT (the story's been kept, but the particular name has lost importance).
3) There are a few troublesome verses that can be seen as vestiges a Polytheist source (e.g. Exodus 6.2-3, Judges 9.46, Ps 82.1).
4) Then there's the bizarre prohibition of setting up an Asherah-pole next to the altar of the Lord (and baking cakes for Asherah). If there hadn't been a pre-existing tradition associating Asherah with El, there would be no need to prohibit this.
5) A monotheistic split from the traditional Canaanite polytheism would go some way to explaining the extreme hostility found in scripture between the Jews and the Canaanites.

No, it isn't. The basic structure of the liturgical year is:

Advent
Christmastide
the Epiphany (6th January)
Ordinary Time (starting with - dah dah dah - the 1st Sunday in Ordinary Time)
Ash Wednesday
Lent
Eastertide
Pentecost
Trinity Sunday
Ordinary Time (resumes)
the feast of Christ the King (which has a definite end-of-term feeling)

Note the neat, almost chronological progression of the major holidays.

Given the following (top 5) definitions, Kwanzaa would more properly be called a celebration and not a holiday;

1. a day fixed by law or custom on which ordinary business is suspended in commemoration of some event or in honor of some person.
2. any day of exemption from work (distinguished from working day).
3. a time or period of exemption from any requirement, duty, assessment, etc.: New businesses may be granted a one-year tax holiday.
4. a religious feast day; holy day, esp. any of several usually commemorative holy days observed in Judaism.
5. Sometimes, holidays. Chiefly British. a period of cessation from work or one of recreation; vacation.
