I still don't think the handicapped permits are being abused at all.How so? You don't think that a "qualified" person, with a driver's licence, that doesn't use it never gets one anyone and gives it to a relative? Or the two elderly parents that get one each, but don't drive so gives it to their relatives? Naive? |
