If the mother doesn't own a car, or have a valid driver's license, she won't be able to get a tag.If the tagholder is in the car, as driver or passenger, it's OK. If the tagholder is a passenger in another car, it's Ok too, but they will need to be present to dispute the ticket in traffic court. THIW. |
