I know those two or three blocks of 6 family houses around 65th. But how is he going to be able to park on the street there any different than anyone else? There's no "handicapped" parking on the street there.

That said, I have found it easier to park in Glendale myself, it's less dense than let's say Ridgewood, and Ridgewood is less congested than other parts of the Queens like let's say Rego Park or Astoria.
