So you think the cop is going to pull out a chair and wait next to the car until daughter comes back to the car after shopping for a hour?

We don't screw around upstate. That's why we don't have much crime.



LOL!!!!! I looked up some random town's in upstate requirements for receiving a handicap parking permit, and the requirements don't appear any different than any of the villages or towns within Nassau or Suffolk county.
