She takes mom in mom's car, OR explains to the nice officer why mom isn't in her own car. If mom is there, the cop won't write you up. Around here if you park in a "handicapable" spot, you WILL get a serious ticket. If you aren't the name on the tag, you will ALSO get a serious ticket. We don't screw around upstate. That's why we don't have much crime. |
