If the mother doesn't own a car, or have a valid driver's license, she won't be able to get a tag.ANd who said otherwise? But many old people keep their driver's license valid even after they stop driving. So what's your point? If the tagholder is a passenger in another car, it's Ok too, but they will need to be present to dispute the ticket in traffic court. ?????? And what does that have to do with anything? What ticket, and if you think dishonest mother who gave her daughter the tag wouldn't be dishonest and say she was present when the ticket was given? |
