I can't explain it, but that is exactly what I am saying too. Again, there are many BAD pizza places in the NY area too, and that is something that Easy doesn't seem to get. He thinks that "if it looks like NY pizza", it is "NY pizza", and it's something that is hard to explain. Counterfeit NY Pizza has absolutely no taste, and is tomato sauce on bad thin crust with the wrong cheese. We have many of those on Long Island, and there are even many within the city, and that crap is what I have had outside of NY too, in places such as LA. The best LA pizza (trying to look like NY pizza) was about as good as mediocre Long Island pizza. |
