I don't think that they have the right suppliers for the ingredients ouside the Tri-State area. That can also explain why "NY Pizza" doesn't taste right outside of NY even when it's a NY-area expat running the place.When I go to a so-called "NY Pizza" place in the rest of the country, the first thing I look for (before ordering) is the garlic powder. If they don't have it, it's a fraud and I leave. |
