The thing is, "pizza by the slice" is a very "NY" thing. Some areas don't even offer pizza by the slice, which is something NYers can't understand.Actually, many of the "chain" places that open in NY don't offer that either. About a year ago, a "Papa Johns" opened in my area, and I wanted to try it....and was sort of taken back when I couldn't order a slice or two for lunch.... Outside NY that is quite typical. I don't think Dominos or Pizza Hut do either. The only time I ever had Pizza Hut though is when I am in other US cities...so I can't comment on NY Pizza Huts, as rare a breed as they are. |
