I still don't get what you are saying. All of 11772 is Patchouge, A very small part of it happens to be an incorporated village within Patchouge itself. Patchogue that is not the village wraps around it on three sides (the fourth side is the water Why should the small part that's the Village have a separate post office? The same is true of Bellport/Bellport Village, Babylon/Babylon village. They are all "Babylon". A small part within the zip code is an incorporated village.
