You're clogging your arteries. Where's the antioxidants? Vitamins?

Today I had 2oz bran flakes, half a cup non homogenized milk, 4oz blue berries and two strips English bacon for breakfast. Lunch was 6oz garden salad with lime vinaigrette and chili lime chicken strips (pan roasted with half a teaspoon olive oil the night before, then chilled). 300 calorie single scoop black raspberry ice cream cone post hike. Dinner's 4oz sirloin tips grilled with a onion mushroom confit, and Irish chips from a local pub, red wine. Wanted a protein load for muscle healing post hike.

Notice that I got a slew of antioxidants and keep the meats lean. I microwave bacon on paper towels as it minimizes the fat by drained no it away. Bacon comes out crispy but not greasy or fatty. Protein isn't gobs of fat.
