You are making specific points, but they are incomplete. The way they hid their knowledge was neither stupid nor clumsy but intentional. If it was just a matter of not revealing what they knew then they could have easily said they were investigating a number of leads.

You've ignored the YouTube video for about 3-4 consecutive posts. There was a specific reason for why they blamed the YouTube video, rather than admit that the deaths were the result of a number of shortcomings on the part of the administration. Why do you suppose that is? THINK.
