I think the incremental cost will be no more than $100,000 to do this.

I make the round trip distance to be roughly 10 miles. NYCT's operating cost is roughly $25/revenue mile. That makes each round trip cost roughly $250. With 20 minute headways from 6am-midnight (when the airport is open), that comes to $4500/day. That translates to $1,642,500/year.
