One can run this route every 20 minutes using four buses, with a fifth rush hour spare to deal with having to run local streets if traffic is backed up. The Q33 will donate at least three buses to this cause. I think the incremental cost will be no more than $100,000 to do this. You can pull that out of the rainy day fund.
