They park there because cops park wherever the hell the feel like parking all the time, including their private cars with their placards in the windshield. As a transit can I park at a bus stop and go about my business? HELL NO!When they park at a bus stop, the Americans with Disabilities Act is being violated by them THE LAW ENFORCERS, because the bus can't get into the bus stop to pick up wheelchair customers and others who would have a hard time getting in and out of the bus when it has to stop in the middle of the street. |
