Although your dad was technically illegal, I do understand your point. It's just another example of how the city is really more interested in the revenue and why NYC motorists have so much contempt for the authorities. They preach about how it's necessary to ticket and/or tow vehicles in the name of keeping traffic flowing safely. I have no problem with this concept. The problem is that they say this, but as we all know at any given time and place (within NYC) you can find city-owned vehicles illegally parked. |
