Now granted, yes I understand what he did was illegal, but there was no other places to stop at as every 'square inch' of the block and surrounding ones were occupied. Plus if the traffic cop were nice he would've let my dad off with a warning, but since he was probably trying to get his quotas, he didn't 'blink an eye' in handing out the ticket and that's why I felt that cop was being a prick.Question, which is worse: blocking a fire hydrant or a bus stop? Or both are the same? |
