One minute is not the rule of law. Show me a rule which allows a grace period for waiting at a bus stop.If you want to wait for someone, stand at a fire hydrant, but remain in your car. It's legal to stand at a hydrant to wait for your party to arrive, only from sunrise to sunset. |
