Bullshit, you father was waiting at a bus stop - - that's illegal. If the TEA asked your father to move his car, he would only come back to the same bus stop and wait. The same applies to double parkers who wait illegally, instead of asking them to leave (which they will find another place to double park), send a message with a nice $115 summons.Don't start with the quota crap, show me the law which allows a grace period for waiting at a bus stop. |
