For one minute, it wasn't like he was going to park there.Ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm........ Standing is standing. Parking is parking. You can't justify standing in a no standing zone by saying that you weren't going to park there. That's irrelevant, and really really stupid. The zone is no standing. Parking has nothing to do with it. My mom was walking towards him. Stopping is allowed. But not standing. He shouldn't have stopped until your mom was at the curb, ready to get in. Then it would have just been stopping, AFAIK. And traffic didn't allow him to 'double park'. Ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm....... Double parking is never allowed. |
