Without appeasing the NIMBYs, you have nothing. "Now if only they'd used their heads for something other than hat racks when they designed the Air Train.....what a waste! " Justthe opposite. If MTA is as smart as the PA was in designing and building AirTrain and taking care of the politics, we could have 20 more miles of subway being built in Queens. |
