The upper loop should be fine.The lower loop is kaput because it got abandoned and repurposed for pedestrian access to that absurd "Grand Central Madison" that ended up costing over three times as much as it was originally estimated to cost. Not that you could run too many different kinds of equipment around it, mind you. |
