This goes back to when Amtrak left all those years ago that freed up more tracks on the upper level …Amtrak did not free up too many slots. Not like they had NEC-level frequency on GCT-Rensselaer or GCT-further west on what became the Empire Corridor. Not to mention, those slots suddenly reappear whenever problems with the Harlem River/Canal bridge manifest. |
