Just by the fact that he wasn't fired or at least indicted for something like several counts of involuntary manslaughter. If I'm going to run a company and I have an employee by his/her mistakes or errors in judgement cost me millions of $$$, his/her ass is out on the street pronto. Didn't happen here. |
