"You can't have your pension terminated for anything..."Thats just wrong. If the individual gets terminated the pension gets "terminated" (aka loses) with him/her. Also, With the railroad, you are considered "vested" after 10 years of continuous service. If you resign with less than 10 years, any pension funds that accrued will also be forfeited. |
