Would this accept $2.75 subway fare & Unlimited Metrocard? Hope so, since then people will actually ride it instead of a local bus. You could save the MTA money by running less B9/B11 crosstown buses, less S79/S53 buses over the bridge since passengers could now use the train to SI (followed by any transfer needed at St George), etc. Less buses = savings to the MTA.
