Almost none of these are in the City of London.

Scroll down to the list. It can be sorted by clicking on the first row (above showing the column headings). Sort first by date and then by location.

You will see that location differentiates between various sections of London from Battersea to Westminster and White City. Included therein is "City of London". There are 16 entries, starting with St. Paul's in 1710.

The next entry is City Point in 1967. It's listed as being in "The City". The entry before St. Paul's is the BT Tower, which was known as the Post Office Tower, during my London visits. You will note its location is given as "Borough of Camden". It was built in 1964, before City Point.

At least since 1967.

You will note my reference. I did not include the Post Office Tower because it wasn't in "The City".
