Posted by #4 SeaBeachFred on Sat Jun 15 19:57:38 2019 Just got back from New York on Friday and the highlight was, of course, riding my Sea Beach train and looking at all the improvements on the line----FINALLY AT LONG LAST. The stations on the Manhattan bound trains ran local in the open cuts stations as all of them have been reworked and the y look good. The Coney Island bound ones pretty much passed most of the stations past 59th street as rehabbing is still going on. Even those mini tunnels have been reworked and repainted. It was a pleasant site to see. I hope if they catch any assholes trying to graffiti those stations get a taste of some serious knuckle sandwiches and a few broken bones and teeth. |
