Last week I heard that NYCT is recalling retired TO's who are under age 60, and that have been out for the last year to return to work. They get their seniority, if it's adjusted for their time out, I don't know. They would work the extra/extra board until the next pick.The reason was due to a shortage of trained TO's as a result of retirements. I can't recall how this will work with the folks at NYCERS. Beyond the above, I know nothing else. |
