Agencies can obtain an "exception for need" which will lawfully allow them to bring back a retiree without penalties. It requires a helluva lot of groveling and explanation, but civil service law permits it in an "exceptional emergency" condition. Takes an awful lot of stupid though to be able to push THAT button without having properly anticipated this beforehand.Wigs WILL get spanked for this! :) |
