Only if you believe the words, "don't touch me" are "provocative".Photography of the scope and nature of Miller's activities is completely legal, even on the Miami Metro. In fact, a whole bunch of us did a photo shoot about three years ago at a Metro station, for a Miami Sizzle promotional, with security watching, and not a peep did we hear from them. That suggests they knew full well, then as now, that taking pictures in public is OK. I didn't see anything in Miller's actions, as filmed, that would suggest he provoked the incident, other than taking pictures to begin with. I'd sure like to see the local law or Miami Metro regulation that prohibits one from photographing the tracks of the system. It seems to me the security goons pulled THAT one out of their asses...just sayin'... |
