Unless they are properly informed about what's right and what's wrong at the location and agency they are contracted to work for, they are just doing their jobs. If MDT didn't properly inform them that photography is legal, then they are within their duty to restrict it. That's not a power trip, they are just doing their jobs. I am sure if they are properly informed and trained in what is legal and legit and what is illegal and can be deemed suspicious, I am sure legit railfanning and photographers won't have any real issues.And come on, again it is clear this guy sets out to provoke these guys. |
